Author: My parents and I are moving to Washington DC next year and were looking for a place to live. One place they really like in particular is a condo on the top floor of a hotel. The condo is beautiful, but I am very concerned with the noise level. Does anyone with experience with this sort of thing know if the noise level on top of a hotel would be a problem? Thanks in advance.
I’ll be going to Georgetown Day School, so that won’t be a problem, I know the public schools are awful. It’s pretty sad.

If you are on the top floor, noise should not be a problem. There will not be anyone living above you, and the street noises should not be noticeable.
The schools in DC are poor so that could be a problem.
this situation may be fine ,for mun/dad.
i myself would have concerns.
